PJAS State Meeting
The 2019 PJAS State Meeting will be held on May 19th to May 21nd at Penn State University. Students receiving a
first place award at the Region 3 Meeting are invited to present their project at Penn State University. Also, students selected as State
Technicians by their sponsor are eligible to attend. Approximately
3,000 of the best and brightest science students from Pennsylvania’s
thirteen separate regions descend on State College each May to present their research.

Registration and Forms
Students are required to fill out the following forms and return them to their sponsors by March 3th. Links to these forms are located to the right.
- Presenter/Tech State Meeting Form & Parent Consent Form
- Student Code of Conduct
- Medical Treatment Form (3 Copies - NO photocopies)
Please check the state meeting section on the sponsor page to ensure you have met all the guidelines for attending adults. All adults (sponsors, judges, chaperones) attending the PJAS State Meeting must fill out the following forms and obtain a Criminal History record and Child Abuse Clearance. Links to these forms and clearances are listed to the right.

- Medical Treatment Form (Optional: It is advised that adults taking medication(s) or have medication allergies fill out one copy of this form)
Any Adult (or child) who is attending the State meeting for Monday only, must fill out the Day Package form here for a wristband. No adult or child without a wristband will be permitted on campus for the PJAS State Event.
Student Preparation for State Meeting
All students who will be attending the State Competition will need to complete and submit the required forms. If financial
assistance is needed, please contact the regional director so accommodations can be made.
Students will be expected to behave in acceptable manner, please review the Student Behavior Code prior to attending States (listed to the right).
